I'd like to thank Hastings Water Services for the time and effort that was put into installing my inline water filter. Nate was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I don't want to sound melodramatic but I can't begin to tell you how terrible my water was and how much money, we as a family were spending on bottled water. The chlorine smell alone made it a chore to even brush our teeth. I'd give Nathan 10 stars if I could. We had an emergency and a local contractor gave me Hastings number. Within a few minutes he was there to check out the situation and at the end of the day our dilemma was sold. We got very lucky and I have someone I can trust and count on for our water filtration needs!!!

Hastings Water Service recently installed our radon filtration system for our water, and the experience was smooth and pleasant from start to finish. Nate came by to review our existing setup and explained exactly what was needed. The installation was efficient, and the price was significantly more reasonable compared to other quotes we received. On top of that, Nate took the extra step to repair our radon air mitigation pipe while he was here.

This is a great company. When a water test detected high levels of iron and manganese, Nate Hasting (the owner) came right out to our house, diagnosed the issues, and recommended the appropriate treatment equipment. The installation was fast, clean, and efficient. Nate monitored and fine-tuned the system. We now have water that is crystal clear. I recommend Nate unequivocally.

He answered all of my questions and explained the water filtration systems to me thoroughly. Hastings Water Service revitalized my existing water treatment system and radon bubble up, at half the cost of one of their larger competitors. Great guys, punctual and professional.

After getting two inspections of my water treatment systems ( originally installed in 1992 ) , both inspections.resulted in replacement recommendations , 4950.00 and 6300.00. Researching further I found my previous TECH ( Peter White / retired ) who provided me with Nathan Hastings name. Nathan just rejuvenated my system for $575.00. He recharged my NEUTRALIZER with Calcite and rebuilt one of my 5600 CONTROLS. I COULDN'T BE HAPPIER and I unequivocally recommend Nathan .

It was about 9:30 am on the Friday of the long Memorial Day Weekend. I did some laundry, both of us showered, go to brush my teeth and the water goes down to a trickle. Went down stairs to see if a breaker tripped but there was still no pressure in the well pump tank. I called the installation company who had recently installed the pressure tank and they ran right over, tested it and found the deep well pump had failed. By now it was getting to be about 10-10:30am. They referred us to Hastings Water Services, whom they highly recommended. They came right out within the hour and we had running water by noon!!! Just amazing in my book!!! They made every effort to be sure we'd have our water running that day. I mean who cares like that anymore. The level of customer service we've received is unheard of these days and a welcome relief. Nate we thank you and Bob from the bottom of our hearts! If we weren't referred to you who knows what we would have done, how much more it would have cost, and how many days we could have been waiting for water since it was the beginning of a holiday weekend! Hats off to you! Thank you again!!

Highly recommend Nate. I found myself without water and someone I trust suggested Nate. He was at my home within 24 hours. He was friendly, knowledgeable and worked fast to fix the problem I was having with my well. He seemed honest, not trying to sell me anything other than what I needed.

So happy with our experience, had problems with our well pump shorting out and overheating after our pressure tank was replaced. Nate got right out to us and pulled the pump out of our 425 foot deep well only to find it had been replaced previously with an undersized pump and the wiring was spliced in multiple spots. He installed a new pump and wiring and got us up and running in no time! We had some issues with the pump short cycling at about 9pm and Nate showed up first thing the next morning to dial the system in and get us running at 100%. 10/10 recommended calling Hastings for any of your water needs!

I messaged Hastings Water Service Sunday evening about 9 pm because I had no water pressure. Nate was here by 9 am Monday morning. I told him all the things that were happening and all my own problem shooting, but then he did his own and came to the conclusion we needed a new well pump. He was equipt with everything and was leaving by noon. He talked me through all the next steps and what to call about if I had any issues, which we haven't! I couldn't ask for a quicker response then he gave us. We are a large family with multiple appliances and showers needing to happen all at once. We are so happy with Hastings Water Service, Nathan was very pleasant to deal with and did a great job replacing our well pump. He was efficient, on time and reasonably priced. Definitely recommend him for anyone. We will be having him back to try to figure out our two dug wells on the property soon.

We hadn't had our water system serviced in years. Our Radon blower on our bubbler system, arsenic tanks, and iron and maganese tank were all not working. Nate, replaced the radon blower, cleaned out the radon tank, rebedded our arsenic tanks, and installed a new tank for the iron and maganese. I had several quotes, and Nate was the best around, and he does excellent work. Thanks to Nate we have clean drinkable water.

Just had a well drilled on a new property. Water was fine in the beginning but iron became a nightmare!
Won't tell you about the ridiculous estimate a company gave me. Nate came by tested the water. Corrected the problem in just one day! He is meticulous in his work, cleaned up everything, explained the system, brought bags of softener. He also the. came back to check the water and how the system was running. Extremely impressed and I highly, highly recommend him.

Nate replaced an out date water softener system for me in Chichester. The iron is finally gone and the water is now drinkable. He tested the water both before and after the install and then again a few weeks later to confirm it was working as intended. Excellent prices. Highly recommended.

Nate came out to troubleshoot my low water pressure issue within an hour of my calling him. Turns out we needed a well pump. Nate quoted the job, ran for parts and had us up and running within a few short hours. He did a great job of filling me in on what he was doing every step of the way, which I appreciated learning the process.
Once the job was complete, Nate did a great job of cleaning up, hauling away the old materials, and even contacted me a few hours later to make sure that my family was pleased with our water quality.

On a Saturday morning, our water was not coming out of any faucets. I went downstairs to find my basement flooded. I contacted Hastings Water Service, and he came out very quickly. He found the problem, he explained everything, and of course, fixed the problem. We then went over my water system so I understood how it works. He was very reasonable with the price as well! I will definitely use this company again and I also highly recommend them to anyone that needs any water system work done.

We were having issues with our system and we're told by another company to have the system replaced. We called Hastings Water Service to get a second opinion and now our original system is working great with no need to replace anything. He was here in a very timely manner and not only was the service very affordable but we were saved from having to replace the whole system. I'm a VERY happy customer!
